Milk

Milk is loaded with hormones, especially estrogen.

Estrogen is associated with the development of excess glandular breast tissue in men known as gynaecomastia, an increase in subcutaneous body fat, excess water retention that can obscure hard-earned muscular definition.

Estrogen in large amounts is known to be carcinogenic in that it’s linked to the onset of breast, uterine, and prostate cancers.
